About The Role
We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our Platform team in San Francisco. As a Software Engineer at Persona, you will be instrumental in building the foundational identity platform that developers and businesses rely on to solve complex identity challenges. Our platform is designed to support a wide range of clients, from small businesses to Fortune 10 companies, enabling them to manage, build, and automate sensitive data securely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Design and Develop: You will design, build, and ship key components of our identity platform, including workflows automation, orchestration primitives, and data storage solutions.
- Collaborate: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to create identity solutions that address current challenges in the identity ecosystem.
- Scale: Handle various scales of operations, from helping startups automate processes to supporting large enterprises during peak times like Super Bowl Sunday.

Nice to Have
- 2+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience with our tech stack: React, Ruby on Rails, Kubernetes, Google Cloud (GCP), MySQL, MongoDB.

- Salary: $130,000 - $220,000 per year.
