Key Responsibilities

- Quality and Standards: Establish robust testing and data collection protocols, maintaining high standards in ML training and deployment processes.
- Collaboration and Influence: Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify innovative opportunities and lead cross-functional ML projects.
- Mentorship and Guidance: Optionally lead the Digital Team, enhancing skills in data engineering and machine learning through dedicated leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in engineering, particularly in developing embedded software, algorithms, and data-driven models for ML and AI initiatives.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python or MATLAB, with experience in compressing these on an embedded platform.
- Product Development: Experience in bringing new products to international markets and leading technical projects involving AI or ML solutions.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with signal processing, neural network quantization, and embedded software development in C/C++ for 32-bit ARM-based MCUs or similar.
