FxPro, a leading international fintech company, is seeking a Machine Learning Team Lead to join our expanding international team. With offices in Limassol, London, Monaco, Nassau, and Dubai, FxPro offers a dynamic workplace with a diverse workforce of over 400 employees representing 22 nationalities.
Responsibilities
As a Machine Learning Team Lead, you will:
- Build and lead your own team of machine learning experts.
- Develop new machine learning models for trader profiling, analyzing trading strategies, volumes, and preferences by country.
- Update and optimize models for quality and performance, integrating them into operational systems.
- Collect, clean, and transform data for model development.
- Monitor model performance and make improvements, ensuring code is scalable and secure.
Requirements
- Higher education in computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms, including classification (logistic regression, SVM, random forests, gradient boosting), clustering (K-means, hierarchical), regression analysis (linear, multiple, criteria), deep learning (CNN, RNN, LSTM for time series analysis), and natural language processing (NLP) for sentiment analysis and text data.
- Knowledge of tools and practices in MLOps, including containers (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD), versioning of models and experiments (DVC, MLflow), and monitoring and logging of models in production (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
- Understanding of Feature Store for centralized feature management.
- Proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries (pandas, NumPy), visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn), SQL, and NoSQL.
- Knowledge of Spark or other big data packages is an advantage.
