About the Role

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our trading model research framework. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the integration of this framework with our platform, ensuring seamless deployment and execution of models in production. You will be tasked with expanding the framework's capabilities to become the global standard for training, consuming, and transforming data in a systematic manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Development: Spearhead the development and global rollout of our research framework for model training and optimization, including supervised learning and backtesting.
• Tool Development: Create tools and frameworks for Quantitative Researchers and Traders to test hypotheses and develop data-driven trading strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to refine requirements, gather feedback, and iterate on the design and implementation of research tools.

What You Need to Succeed

• Educational Background: Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant field.
• Experience: Over 5 years of hands-on experience in MLOps and Machine Learning Engineering.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Pipeline Development: Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• API Development: Experience in developing and deploying RESTful APIs and microservices for model serving.
• Big Data Technologies: Familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, and other Big Data technologies.
• Cloud and Containerization: Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
