Experience and Qualifications

5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years with a Master's degree.
Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments.
Experience with object-oriented programming languages.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities in ambiguous scenarios.
Self-starter with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
Understanding of relational databases (SQL) and potentially NoSQL databases.
Ability to collaborate effectively with front-end developers, designers, and other team members.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in data ingestion and data modeling.
Experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, and OpenShift.
Experience developing micro-services and APIs.
Familiarity with Restful web services and API integration.
Experience with programming languages such as Ruby, Java, or Python.
Knowledge of code development, deployment practices, and version control.
Exposure to cloud architectures (e.g., AWS EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, Elastic Search).

Limited telework is possible.

National Capitol Region.

Summary Pay Range

$119,000 - $140,000 annually.
