Senior Lead Full Stack Developer

Join us as a Senior Lead Full Stack Developer in our Information Technology & Data Analytics department, where you will contribute to the Boeing Training Library product team. This role is based in Seattle, WA and supports the Boeing Global Services Training Solutions organization.

Responsibilities

Lead technical teams in designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining complex computing software applications.
Analyze and evaluate end user requirements in collaboration with product specialists and system architects.
Provide technical support for production issues and review system performance to recommend improvements.
Offer leadership and guidance to both offshore and onshore development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and development practices.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.

Requirements

5+ years of software development experience.
Experience in front-end and back-end development, including Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, Spring, Oracle SQL, and SQL Server.
Familiarity with infrastructure technologies like OpenShift, Kubernetes, Azure, UNIX, Apache, and Tomcat.
Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.
U.S. Person status as defined by export control compliance (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading offshore development teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Work Environment

This position is hybrid, requiring some onsite work in Seattle, WA. The role involves occasional off-hours work to support global teams and on-call support for production releases.
