Principal Product Manager - Personalization
About the Role
Catawiki is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead our Personalization and Machine Learning strategy. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing a highly tailored and engaging user experience across the entire Buyer Journey. You will own cross-team and cross-vertical initiatives to deliver the most personalized experience for Catawiki buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Vision and Roadmap: Work with the team to articulate the Personalization vision and set the roadmap. Understand Catawiki's strategy and translate it into impactful personalization outcomes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with the company’s goals.
- Experimentation and Innovation: Drive experimentation on recommendation/ML models, working with ML engineers to measure quality and assess the impact of new models.
- Integration and Optimization: Lead the integration of personalization features across the user experience, ensuring alignment with the overall product roadmap. Own metrics on models and personalization performance, iterating based on feedback and data insights.
- User-Centric Design: Collaborate with design teams to ensure a seamless and delightful user experience.
Who You Are
- Experience: At least 5 years of product management experience, with a focus on personalization, product recommendations, or ML-centric products.
- Outcome-Driven: Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Technical Understanding: Extensive experience in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and other experimentation methodologies specific to Machine Learning projects.
Location
This role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We offer an excellent relocation package for candidates living outside of the Netherlands.
