Senior Product Manager, Machine Learning

Job Overview

Meta is seeking a highly skilled and entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager with expertise in Machine Learning to join our dynamic team in Seattle, WA. As a Product Manager at Meta, you will work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers to build innovative products that leverage machine learning technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Strategy: Display strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills. Be the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities and driving product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in alignment with broader organizational goals.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
• Team Collaboration: Lead and motivate a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives, maintaining team health and efficiency.
• Product Development: Understand Meta’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized as best in the industry.
• Adaptability: Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management or related industry experience with domain-specific expertise in Machine Learning.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross-functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, and guide the team through key milestones.
• Proven communication skills and experience delivering technical presentations.
• Experience in analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience defining vision and strategy for a product.
• Experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, and driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.
• Experience with leveraging ML/AI to build large-scale consumer products.
• Experience recruiting and leading a cross-functional team of world-class individuals.
• Enthusiastic and resilient in a constantly evolving environment.

Compensation

• Salary Range: €171,000 - €238,000 per year
• Additional Compensation: Bonus and equity
