Importance of this Role to Dashlane
As a Senior Product Manager focused on Identity and Access Management, you will lead the development and operational delivery of innovative authentication solutions. Your role will involve managing multi-disciplinary teams to build secure, user-friendly products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Responsibilities
- Customer Insight: Become the expert on customer needs for secure and straightforward access to data, translating these into a coherent vision and strategy.
- Market Expertise: Develop deep market knowledge, conducting competitive assessments to identify differentiation opportunities.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Guide teams from problem discovery to solution delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- KPI Monitoring: Evaluate the success of initiatives, refine strategies, and report progress to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
- Strong technical understanding of the Identity and Access Management landscape.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills across various audiences.
