We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead our efforts in AI and Analytics, driving innovation and intelligence across the Meraki platform.

Your Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will spearhead the development of data-powered products and analytics infrastructure. Your mission is to harness the vast data flowing through our systems to enhance product development and infuse intelligence throughout the Meraki platform. You will collaborate with leadership and product teams across various domains, including wireless access points, network security appliances, and intelligent video cameras.

Key Responsibilities

• Define Strategy: Discover and prioritize customer use cases and requirements to shape the strategy for data-powered features across the Meraki platform.
• Drive AI Initiatives: Lead the AI Assistant strategy for networking, working closely with Meraki, Cisco Networking, and Security teams.
• Promote Insights: Advocate for product insights to guide data-informed decisions and product development across teams.
• Investment Strategy: Develop an investment strategy for problems that should and should not be solved using machine learning methods and data infrastructure investments.
• Collaborate with Teams: Partner with data science, data engineering, analytics, and architecture teams to simplify our outstanding user experience.
• Engage with Sales and Partners: Work with our growing sales teams and partners to address customer challenges.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 10+ years in Product Management, with a technical background in building and shipping successful products with AI/ML components.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven track record of working cross-functionally on large projects with multiple engineering teams.
• Customer Empathy: Strong sense of customer empathy and a deep understanding of top customer problems.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex concepts simply to diverse audiences.
• Problem Solving: Passion for solving technical problems in innovative ways.
• Educational Background: BA/BS in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
