Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute roadmaps for all programs relevant to AGI Runtime and Inference Engine, which have high complexity due to their interdependence with partner and customer teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders of the programs you manage.
- Dive deep into technical systems to understand their details, as our projects often involve significant deep learning challenges.
- Handle ambiguity with emotional fortitude and maintain a focus on team productivity.
- Be passionate about the space, possess high emotional intelligence, and thrive in an in-office culture.
- Be willing to do whatever it takes for the team to succeed.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of engineering experience.
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on experience managing complex technology projects.
- Experience with Generative AI science and applications.

Compensation
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $159,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
