Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute roadmaps for all programs relevant to AGI Runtime and Inference Engine, which have high complexity due to their interdependence with partner and customer teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders of the programs you manage.
• Dive deep into technical systems to understand their details, as our projects often involve significant deep learning challenges.
• Handle ambiguity with emotional fortitude and maintain a focus on team productivity.
• Be passionate about the space, possess high emotional intelligence, and thrive in an in-office culture.
• Be willing to do whatever it takes for the team to succeed.

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience managing complex technology projects.
• Experience with Generative AI science and applications.

Compensation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $159,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
