Join Our Team as a Python Software Engineer
We are excited to invite applications for the position of Python Software Engineer to join our dynamic Data Science team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between data science models and production environments, ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our solutions.

By merging Leadfeeder and Echobot, we've created a powerful sales intelligence and web visitor identification platform that provides sales and marketing teams with real-time data, insights, and tools to win more deals.
What You'll Do
- Design and Implement Pipelines: Develop efficient processing pipelines primarily using Python.
- Model Integration: Implement model APIs and integrate models into existing software systems.
- Production-Ready Code: Support the translation of data science models from prototypes to production-ready code.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Ensure robust CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment and version control.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists to design software solutions that align with data science workflows.
- Quality Control: Implement data quality controls, logging, and monitoring systems.
- Documentation: Document code, processes, and best practices for maintainability.
- Mentorship: Share insights and mentor other team members on software engineering principles.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software development experience, primarily in Python.
- Interest in working with data-centric applications.
- Good understanding of GIT workflows, CI/CD, and unit testing.
- Experience with SQL (especially PostgreSQL), Kafka, Redis, and Solr/OpenSearch.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Desired: Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker.
- Must be located within European time zones.
