Job Overview
Hostaway, a leading SaaS company in the vacation rental management industry, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Engineer to join our team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within your country of residence. You will collaborate with peers and internal customers across North America and Europe.
Responsibilities
- Support and Improve Revenue Operations: Enhance technical data-based revenue operations capabilities to drive efficiency across our GTM functions.
- Reporting and Analytics: Ensure accurate and timely reporting and analytics to support decision-making processes.
- RevOps Platform Management: Administer, iterate, and potentially implement various architectural components of our RevOps platform.
- Data Architecture: Build data structures and architecture required for reporting on business performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to align on revenue goals and reporting needs.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years in data engineering, particularly supporting revenue operations in a B2B SaaS scaling-up product company.
- Technical Skills: Proven proficiency with Google Cloud or AWS for data storage, processing, and management. Advanced knowledge of Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation. Experience with Google BigQuery or similar for large-scale data warehousing and querying.
- Data Management: Proven experience in managing data pipelines and infrastructure in a rapidly scaling environment.
- Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver data-driven insights.
