About the Role
As a Software Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on our Copilot Proactive Outreach Platform. This platform is integral to engaging with customers across M365, ensuring they have a delightful experience with our products. You will work on architecting AI systems that underpin our efforts, including developing a survey system, backend storage solutions, and ML models to derive deep insights from customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable and high-performing services using Azure cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement features that enhance growth and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with program management and other teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience in software development with languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in designing and developing full-stack web services.
- Familiarity with Big Data systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
