Job Overview
Join Microsoft's Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) team as an Azure AI Senior Technical Support Engineer. This role is pivotal in providing high-level technical support and driving customer success in the realm of Azure AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Response and Resolution: You will own, investigate, and solve highly complex customer technical issues, serving as a technical escalation point for other engineers.
- Readiness: Lead in building communities with peer delivery roles; share knowledge through readiness programs, technical coaching, and mentoring.
- Product/Process Improvement: Act as a trusted advisor to product groups and engineering teams, driving improvements in Microsoft products, diagnostics, and support processes.
- Business Integration: Use your business and technology insights to help shape strategy when engaging with customers, partners, and teams.
Qualifications
- Extensive technical support, technical consulting, or IT experience OR a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough troubleshooting and debugging.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP, focusing on AI/ML services.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML libraries and frameworks, e.g., TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Relevant Networking and Security knowledge.
- Solid foundation in Data Engineering, including databases and data retrieval via query languages like SQL or Kusto.
Language Qualification
- German and English: confident in reading, writing, and speaking.
