About the Role

Microsoft is seeking a passionate Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to drive our customers’ application innovation and AI transformation using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role involves engaging with customers on technical projects, focusing on design, build, and operations to overcome technical obstacles and adoption challenges. You will work closely with customers to lead deep technical architecture discussions and collaborate with senior customer executives, enterprise architects, platform engineers, and developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Engagements: Lead technical customer engagements, focusing on the most challenging and exciting projects within the Power Platform and Microsoft Azure customer base.
• Customer Success: Enable customers to achieve their business outcomes on enterprise use-cases with low code and AI.
• Collaboration: Work with internal and external teams to develop pilots and oversee implementation projects, ensuring technical blockers are removed on adoption.
• Governance and Security: Ensure governance and security are set up appropriately for customers to enable more enterprise developers and citizen developers on the Power Platform and cloud integration.
• Community Engagement: Share ideas, insights, and strategic technical input with technical teams and internal communities. Participate in external technical community events such as conferences, seminars, and technical meetups.

Qualifications

Required

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud/infrastructure technologies.
• 2+ years of success in consulting, cloud application architecture, and low code/no code app delivery.
• Strong understanding of low code/no code solutions market trends and value proposition.
• Enterprise-scale technical experience with Microsoft Power Platform, architecture capabilities, implementation requirements, integrations, and future roadmap.

Preferred

• Understanding of advancements in AI, such as Azure OpenAI, and how they can be combined with low code.
• Deep domain expertise in application development across various industries, best practices, and DevOps, especially as it relates to no-code/low-code development.
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
• Certification in Power Platform, such as PL-400 (Required) and PL-600 (Recommended).
