About the Role
As a Senior Solutions Architect at Snowflake, you will be at the forefront of helping our customers harness the power of the AI Data Cloud. You will engage with clients to lead technical streams of data platform implementations and onboarding efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing, and data strategies to provide expert advisory services and build enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with multiple Snowflake customers to lead technical streams of client data platform implementations.
- Collaborate with Customer Engagement and Delivery matrix resources to ensure proper technical guidance and project management.
- Work closely with Snowflake's Engineering, Support, Sales, and Marketing teams to troubleshoot and integrate Snowflake within client ecosystems.
- Document, triage, and track issues to ensure resolution and contribute to the growth of the Customer Delivery and Training teams.
- Apply industry, domain, and technology expertise to client implementations and gather intelligent product feedback.
What We Are Looking For
- A strong track record in building best-in-class cloud data platforms and consulting skills.
- 12+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Expertise in distributed systems and massively parallel processing technologies such as Snowflake, Teradata, Spark, Databricks, Hadoop, Oracle, and SQL Server.
- Knowledge of data strategies and methodologies like Data Mesh, Data Vault, and Data Fabric.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure concepts, including AWS and Azure.
- Proficiency in data engineering frameworks and business intelligence solutions like Tableau and PowerBI.
- Strong ability to lead engagements with stakeholders at all levels.

Location
This position is based in Amsterdam, with a flexible remote work policy. Presence in the Amsterdam office once a week is expected, along with occasional travel across EMEA.
