Job Overview
Join encentive GmbH, a pioneering company in the renewable energy semiconductor manufacturing industry, as a Senior Backend Developer. This role is crucial for advancing our AI-based energy management platform, flexOn, which is instrumental in reducing energy costs and CO2 emissions by optimizing power consumption to align with the availability of renewable energy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain microservices: You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing microservices in Go, ensuring they meet specific functions and services.
- API endpoint development: Design, implement, and maintain RESTful or GraphQL API endpoints for communication between microservices and other system components.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in software development with Go (Golang).
- Proven track record in developing, maintaining, and scaling microservices in a production environment.
- Proficiency with various types of databases, particularly relational databases.
- Strong knowledge in building test and production systems.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud environment.
- Competence in container and version control systems (Docker, Git).
- Ability to work independently and quickly grasp new concepts.
