The Role
As a Principal Data Engineer at RevoData, you will lead the development and delivery of data and AI solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and create the roadmap for new solutions and products. This role requires proactive ownership of new ideas and developments, and the ability to empower others to grow through learning and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of data and AI solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and identify opportunities.
- Create roadmaps for new solutions and products.
- Own the quality of Data & AI solutions, including managing technical debt.
- Lead discovery phases to elicit user needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Craft technical solution options with architecture and engineering.
Skills and Experience
- Fluency in SQL and Python.
- Experience in leading projects or data products from ideation to production.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to empower team members.
