Senior Data Scientist - Ad Intelligence

Join Sensor Tower as a Senior Data Scientist and be part of a team that is transforming how the world gains insights in digital marketing. You will leverage your expertise in digital advertising, mobile, desktop, and OTT industry knowledge to enhance our Digital Marketing insights solution. This solution processes over 140 billion data records, enabling customers to uncover insights such as which apps or brands are advertising the most by channel and platform, and which creatives are performing best across ad networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine data modeling algorithms focusing on analyzing large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and consistency.
- Bring data models to production, working on models consumed by end users, building internal tools, and generating reports.
- Consult on AI usage to improve workflows for data extraction and classification.
- Collaborate with world-class engineers and data scientists in a quick build, measure, and iterate cycle to bring products to market.
- Act as a subject matter expert for digital advertising.
What We Are Looking For
- A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Data Scientist in ad-tech, mar-tech, or data analytics companies.
- Proficiency in business intelligence, data mining, analytics, and statistical modeling.
- Experience in implementing machine learning algorithms and working on end-to-end machine learning pipelines in production.
- Strong skills in data engineering, working on ETL pipelines, crawling APIs, and automating outputs.
- Programming experience in Python or Ruby, and familiarity with AWS S3, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, AWS Redshift.
- Experience with Jupyter notebooks and statistical visualization tools like Qlik Sense or Tableau.
