Sorint.lab S.p.A. is seeking a passionate DevOps expert to join our team in Padova, Italy. This role is ideal for someone who is positive, team-focused, proactive, and strongly motivated. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be at the forefront of automating and integrating systems within our dynamic IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, and other tools.
- Manage container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ensure system reliability and efficiency through proper Linux system administration and middleware management including JBoss and WebSphere.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Puppet, Ansible, and other configuration management tools.
- Monitor and optimize system performance using tools like New Relic, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Work with AWS Elastic Search and other cloud services to enhance our application's search capabilities.
Required Skills
- Profound knowledge of Linux OS and system automation.
- Expertise in container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with middleware technologies such as Websphere, Weblogic, and JBoss.
- Strong background in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with application log analysis and monitoring systems.
Nice to Have
- Additional knowledge of AWS and other cloud services.
- Experience with monitoring systems like New Relic, Grafana, and Prometheus.
