About the Role
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be part of our IT platform team, delivering services, features, and support to our development teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing, configuring, and administering tools and systems within our DevOps platform.
- Supporting developers in using the systems included in our DevOps platform.
- Maintaining and administering the CI/CD toolchain to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Automating and improving tools for building, maintaining, and deploying applications.
- Developing and managing our Kubernetes platform to enhance our infrastructure.
- Proactively improving work methods and tools for both the platform and development teams.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience as a DevOps Engineer.
- Strong system administration skills, including server management, database installation and configuration, security monitoring, system patching, and network management.
- Experience configuring and deploying CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
- Proficiency in managing containerized IT infrastructure with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Some coding experience and an understanding of software development methodologies, including version control, code reviews, and test automation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Swedish citizenship, as it is required for working on our security-classified projects.
