Senior Cloud Platform Engineer - Kubernetes

As a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer at Intapp, you will be at the forefront of designing and managing cloud infrastructure, specifically focusing on Kubernetes. This role is crucial for ensuring the architecture, security, and operational efficiency of our cloud platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage EKS and AKS infrastructure to ensure it is elastic and cost-effective.
- Collaborate with product teams to implement security, data protection, and high availability strategies.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, AWS CDK, and CloudFormation.
- Manage continuous deployment pipelines with tools like ArgoCD and Helm.
- Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis for issues on Linux and Windows servers.
- Enhance monitoring and logging capabilities using Prometheus and the ELK stack.
- Optimize traffic routing for ingress and egress.
- Develop strategies to reduce costs in cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and robust monitoring.
Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes, including EKS and AKS.
- Proficiency in IaC tools like Terraform, AWS CDK, and CloudFormation.
- Experience with CD tools such as ArgoCD and Helm.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Linux and Windows environments.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient cloud systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards in cloud environments.
- Experience with Prometheus and ELK.
- Expertise in traffic routing and cost reduction strategies.
