Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Director to join our team in Paris. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing Singulier’s AI strategy, focusing on accelerating sales of AI and AI-enabled projects, supporting key AI project delivery, and building our capacity to develop and deliver AI projects. The AI Director will also play a crucial role in enhancing Singulier’s brand as a credible advisor on AI and utilizing AI to facilitate internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement AI Strategy: Work with senior leadership to create an AI action plan that accelerates sales of AI projects and supports the delivery of key AI initiatives.
- Business Development: Collaborate with partners on business development, including developing proposals and pitching to clients on AI-related topics.
- Project Delivery: Deliver complex and innovative AI projects, ensuring consulting teams have the capabilities to deliver AI offers.
- Capacity Building: Run training sessions for staff to build capacity in delivering AI projects and convene an internal AI governance group.
- Brand Building: Advise on AI-related external events and contribute to marketing materials to enhance Singulier’s brand as an AI-driven company.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (such as business or engineering) from a top university.
- At least 10-12 years of experience working with AI and GenAI.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- An international background with the ability to thrive in multicultural organizations.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in French and English.
Location
This position is based in Paris, France, with a hybrid work model requiring at least 50% on-site presence.
