About the Role
As a Senior Engineering Leader at Orita, you will be a pivotal founding member of our engineering team. Responsibilities
- Lead Product Development: Spearhead the development of new features and products, ensuring they align with business goals.
- Technical Guidance: Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to team members to foster a culture of high-quality software development.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and other teams to integrate new features and enhancements seamlessly.
- Design and Implementation: Take charge of designing and implementing intuitive user interfaces and robust backend functionalities.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the software is up to the standards of performance and reliability through comprehensive testing and continuous delivery practices.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in an engineering leadership role with a strong track record in team management and project delivery.
- Expertise in both front and back-end development, particularly with technologies like Python, Flask, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Experience in building scalable systems and a deep understanding of system design fundamentals.
