Job Description
Laylo is seeking a Lead Growth Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Growth Engineer, you will be at the forefront of driving growth initiatives and experiments to enhance our platform's reach and effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with product, business development, and marketing teams to identify and execute growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Growth Mapping and Testing: Identify growth opportunities and design experiments to test them.
- Go-to-Market Leadership: Lead the launch of new features and ensure successful market penetration.
- Project Management: Plan, organize, and execute projects from conception to launch, working closely with design, operations, and creators.
- Foundation Building: Develop and implement growth standards, tooling, and processes.
- Team Development: As the company grows, help build and lead a dedicated growth team.
Requirements
- Passion for Creators: A strong desire to empower creators and build meaningful tools.
- Experience: 5+ years in growth roles at early or mid-stage startups.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in marketing automation, experimentation, personalization, attribution, and analytics tools.
- Tool Integration: Experience with tools like Segment, Optimizely, Iterable, Amplitude, and Google Analytics.
- Problem Solving: Ability to develop creative solutions and understand trade-offs in engineering solutions.
- Experimentation: Excitement for experimenting across growth, retention, churn, and referrals.
