About the Role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Bonusly, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our product and customers. You will work with a variety of technologies including React, Ruby, Rails, MongoDB, and Postgres. Your role will involve diving into all layers of the stack, from frontend to backend, API, and data processors.
What You'll Do
- Work in React, Ruby, Rails, MongoDB, and Postgres to solve problems for our customers.
- Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Designers, Customer Support, and other Engineers to shape the direction of our products.
- Contribute to the psychological safety of your team, ensuring that software is built by groups of people who maintain good relationships.
What We Expect
- Experience with Ruby on Rails is highly valued, as it can help you ramp up faster.
- Previous experience in a startup environment or having founded a company is beneficial.
- At least three years of professional software engineering experience.
- Understanding of SaaS business fundamentals such as annual contract value, customer acquisition cost, and annual-recurring revenue, and how your work influences these metrics.
