About the Role
Swivl is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our AI-powered customer engagement platform. Our platform integrates various communication channels such as voice, chat, email, SMS, and other emerging channels to provide seamless interaction between businesses and their customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Frontend Development: Build frontend solutions with a strong focus on user experience. Emphasize the creation of modular components that can be reused across different parts of our application, both frontend and backend.
- API Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable APIs. Ensure that our APIs are optimized for performance, security, and scalability.
- System Performance: Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources.
- Product Expansion: Lead the launch of new products and actively collaborate with customers to gather feedback and iterate on products for continuous improvement.

- Languages and Frameworks: TypeScript, Node.js
- Databases: PostgreSQL
- API Technologies: REST API design, SOAP protocol
- ORM and Tools: TypeORM, TSOA
Required Skills
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js
- Experience with PostgreSQL and API development
- Strong understanding of REST API design and SOAP protocol
- Familiarity with TypeORM and TSOA
Preferred Skills
- Experience in building scalable and maintainable codebases
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
