Role Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer at Reviva, you will be an early team member with significant influence on both the product and the company. You will be tasked with building cutting-edge software driven by AI, encompassing multiple products such as EHR, CRM, POS, scheduling, marketing, and AI, all within one umbrella, purpose-built for the wellness industry.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust, high-throughput systems for consumer transactions.
- Develop systems resilient to outages, ensuring patient health data is accessible and reliable.
- Integrate traditional SaaS workflows with AI applications.
- Create backwards and forwards-proof data models to enable robust analytics.
- Develop products from 0-1, refining generative AI and embedding retrieval techniques to be accurate in the context of a specialized industry.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of engineering experience.
- Experience in building highly robust products with simple design.
- Experience working with microservice architectures.
- Proficiency in TypeScript.
- Passion for building products that empower small business owners or other similar populations that the technology industry has traditionally overlooked.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to building HIPAA-compliant products or other products with similar security needs.
- Experience in building point of sale (POS) systems.
- AI background or experience building AI application products.
