Role Overview
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at Speak, you will be instrumental in developing our new B2B offerings. This role requires a blend of front-end and back-end development skills, with a focus on creating seamless web and app experiences. You will own the entire development cycle of features, from conception through to deployment, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop Speak’s first B2B product offerings across web and mobile platforms.
- Manage the full lifecycle of feature development, from design to deployment.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and machine learning teams to ensure the delivery of functional and aesthetically pleasing applications.
What We Look For
- At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- A balance between adhering to best practices and the ability to work in a fast-paced, scrappy environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different teams.
