About the Role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Front, you will be integral to our core search team in Paris. Your work will span across our web, desktop, and mobile apps, focusing on enhancing the search functionality that is crucial for our customer communication platform. You will be involved in developing features that improve product navigation, usability, and overall user delight.
What You Will Do
- Bring your expertise to the team to transform our ideas into features.
- Have an impact on all searchable resources at Front and beyond.
- Improve our existing algorithms and models to increase search accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and a dedicated product manager.
- Develop in a JavaScript environment, emphasizing TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
Skills and Experience Required
- 3+ years of industry experience in complex software systems.
- Familiarity with high availability, large-scale distributed system design, or ElasticSearch is a plus.
- Proficiency in modern web technologies and enthusiasm for learning new ones.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment.
- Rigor in A/B testing, test coverage, and other software development best practices.
