About the Role
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver on our product roadmap. You'll transform rough specs into features for analytics, providing our customers with new, relevant insights about their teams and businesses. Your work will involve evolving our UI to find new ways to visualize data, making it clear and intuitive for users.

Required Skills and Experience
- Product-minded: Committed to building the best user experience.

- 5+ years of industry experience: Working on complex software systems.
- Proficiency in modern web technologies: Experience with Node.js, ES6, TypeScript, and React.
- Problem-solving skills: Understand trade-offs between different engineering solutions.
- Dynamic and collaborative: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Language proficiency: Full professional English proficiency.
