Join Aircall as a Senior Fullstack Engineer
Aircall is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering Team in Paris. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, deploying, and operating business-critical features that enhance customer value on top of our Voice platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and provide the right technical and business solutions for our customers.
- Design and Architecture: Take key responsibilities in the design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of key modules.
- Code Development: Write clean, scalable code and test and deploy applications and systems.
- Code Maintenance: Revise, update, refactor, and debug code to ensure high-quality standards.
- Performance Optimization: Involve in product and platform performance optimization and live site monitoring.
- On-call Rotation: Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to critical system issues and ensure continuous system reliability.
- Mentorship: Mentor team members and promote best practices across the engineering team.
About You
- Experience: You have at least 5+ years of experience in backend development with a typed language such as TypeScript/Node.js, Java, or Scala, focusing on security, scalability, availability, and performance.
- Frontend Skills: At least 2+ years of experience working on frontend applications, preferably with React or Angular.
- Distributed Systems: Experience with distributed systems, microservices, or serverless architectures.
- AWS Expertise: Extensive experience with AWS in a production environment, understanding how to design for, deploy on, and optimize AWS services.
- Security Focus: Security is a priority in everything you do.
