About The Team
The Connect team at Stripe enables leading platforms like Shopify, DoorDash, and Instacart to integrate payments into their products. As Stripe expands its product offerings, Connect is poised to drive a new phase of growth by allowing platforms to distribute all of Stripe's products to their end users.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will:
- Build end-to-end experiences for Connect, simplifying participation in the Internet economy.
- Enhance the scalability of Connect platforms through the power of Stripe's comprehensive product suite.
- Integrate various functionalities like Instant Payouts, Issuing, Capital, and Terminal into Connect's dashboard.
Who You Are
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have at least 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Excel in full stack development, particularly with a strong backend affinity.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Thrive in collaborative environments, engaging with different stakeholders and experts.
- Uphold high standards in engineering, security, and design.
Hybrid Work at Stripe
This role offers flexible hybrid work options, allowing you to work remotely or from a Stripe office, depending on your location and preference. Office-assigned employees are expected to spend at least 50% of their time in the local office.
Pay and Benefits
The annual US base salary range for this role is $163,100 - $244,700. Additional benefits include equity, company bonuses, a 401(k) plan, and comprehensive health benefits. You will also receive wellness stipends to support your overall well-being.
