About The Team
Our team is at the forefront of driving growth for Stripe by enabling businesses to manage their Stripe accounts effectively. We work with companies at various stages of growth, providing them with the tools to expand and adapt their payment systems as they evolve. For instance, our recent collaboration with Best Buy to support their new health and wellness technology products is a testament to our ability to adapt and support large-scale business transformations.
What You'll Do
As a Full Stack Engineer on our Accounts & Connect team, you will:
- Build end-to-end user experiences and high-performance APIs.
- Ensure our infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and meets stringent SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Simplify complex processes into user-friendly interfaces.
Who You Are
We're looking for engineers who are:
- Experienced with at least 2 years in full stack development.
- Empathetic and user-focused.
- Skilled in integrating diverse services and technologies.

This role offers the flexibility of working remotely or in-office, depending on your location and preference. Our hybrid model supports both in-person collaboration and remote work, ensuring that all team members can contribute effectively regardless of their location.
Pay and Benefits
The annual salary range for this role is approximately $134,400 - $201,600, depending on location and experience. Benefits include equity, bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
