About The Team
The Connect team at Stripe plays a crucial role in our growth, enabling platforms like Shopify, DoorDash, and Instacart to integrate payments seamlessly. As we expand our product offerings, Connect is set to spearhead a new phase of growth by allowing platforms to distribute all of Stripe's products to their end users.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end experiences for Connect, simplifying participation in the Internet economy.
- Enhance the scalability of Connect platforms through the integration of Stripe’s comprehensive product suite.
- Develop exceptional product experiences, integrating features such as Instant Payouts, Issuing, Capital, and Terminal into Connect’s dashboard.
Who You Are
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about building seamless software solutions and have a knack for tackling complex data modeling challenges. You should be a versatile full stack engineer, comfortable with both front and back-end development, and possess a strong understanding of web application development using technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, AngularJS, or Backbone.js.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- A commitment to best practices in engineering, security, and design.

This role offers flexibility with options for both office-based and remote work arrangements, catering to individual needs and promoting a balance between in-person collaboration and remote efficiency.
Pay and Benefits
- Salary Range: $136,800 - $244,700 annually.
- Additional benefits include equity, bonuses, comprehensive health coverage, and wellness stipends.
