Job Overview
Join Oracle as a Software Developer in our Engineering department, where you will be part of a dynamic team working on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). You will be involved in building tools and services for new Infrastructure-as-a-Service technologies that operate at high scale in a broadly distributed multi-tenant cloud environment. Our mission is to provide our customers with best-in-class DevOps services to manage their code, build, and deployments within OCI.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and development of OCI DevOps Source Code Management Services.
- Apply basic to intermediate knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications.
- Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture.
Qualifications
- Strong coding skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
- Experience in a collaborative, agile environment.
- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure and networking knowledge.
- Ability to recommend and justify changes to new and existing products and establish consensus with data-driven approaches.
