Principal Software Developer - Backend Developer
About the Role
As a Principal Software Developer at Oracle, you will be part of a team dedicated to building state-of-the-art security cloud solutions to secure sensitive data in mission-critical databases. You will apply your expertise in software development to design, develop, and debug software applications or operating systems. This role involves working with a team of security professionals to solve challenging security problems using genAI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and develop software for tasks associated with the development, design, and debugging of software applications or operating systems.
- Participate in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures.
- Collaborate with a team of security professionals to build security cloud solutions.
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience in building scalable enterprise software.
- Proficient in large systems design and REST model design.
- Programming experience in Java and Python.
- Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Understanding of security concepts and Oracle databases is a plus.
- Excellent team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.

Salary
The hiring range for this position is from €94,200 to €223,500 per year, with potential eligibility for bonus and equity.
