Avant is seeking a driven Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to help us build the future of consumer lending. What You Will Do

Architect, design, and develop scalable and robust full-stack solutions using modern technologies and frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative features that enhance our customer experience.
Leverage data to make smart engineering decisions.
Apply your expertise to optimize the performance and maintainability of our systems.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.

Why You're a Fit

5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
Passion for writing high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Solid experience with back-end development using languages like Python, Ruby, Java, or .NET.
Proficient with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and one or more frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
Strong understanding of database systems, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
