Join Our Team as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer
Stride, Inc. is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic Tallo development team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to innovate and build scalable solutions.
About the Role
As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be part of an empowered agile team, working closely with product managers, designers, architects, and technical leads. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement large-scale service-oriented applications, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and drive future technology direction.
- Conduct code reviews and enhance software development best practices within the team.
- Ensure software meets all non-functional specifications, performance, and security requirements.
- Analyze logs, debug applications, and implement immediate and long-term improvements.
- Mentor junior members of the engineering team and assume responsibility for other professional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of software development experience.
- Extensive experience with React and TypeScript.
- Proven track record of enterprise architecture experience with large volume, high availability enterprise applications.
- Strong core Java and knowledge of enterprise technologies.
- Experience with cloud-based, microservice environments.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Python, Spring Boot, Redis, Elastic Search, Progressive Web Apps (PWA), and Open Search.
- Familiarity with mobile application development and React Native.
- Experience developing Software as a Service (SaaS).
Work Environment
This position is virtual and open to residents of the 50 states and Washington, D.C. You will work in a remote setting, collaborating with a diverse team across various locations.
Compensation & Benefits
Stride, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of €81,045.75 to €201,088.80, along with a robust benefits package that includes health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off. Eligible employees may also receive a bonus.
