Position Overview
As a Senior Software Developer at Strive, you will be instrumental in further developing our API backend, primarily using Python Django. Your role will involve designing, developing, coding, and testing technical solutions while maintaining a focus on system performance and stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Further develop the API backend using Python Django
- Design and develop robust technical solutions
- Regularly write code to deliver features and enhancements
- Identify and resolve technical issues and production incidents
- Enhance application stability and scalability
- Maintain and update technical documentation
- Develop and enhance automated tests to ensure code quality
- Implement risk management practices
- Travel requirement: 25% (approximately 3-4 times a year)
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in back-end development
- Proficiency in server-side languages such as Java, Clojure, Python, or Rust
