Digital Winners, a leading iGaming Affiliate Network in Europe, is seeking a talented Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic team in Kallithea, Athens, Greece. We are a company that thrives on innovation and creativity, owning over 50 sites including award-winning portals like Foxbet.gr and Sentragoal.gr.

About the Role

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will be an integral part of our Agile Development team, working with cutting-edge technologies to develop a video streaming platform. This platform is set to power our next-generation fan engagement initiatives. We are looking for developers who are passionate about video streaming, processing, and generating viewership analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Development: Lead the design and development of cloud-native applications, focusing on streaming applications with Apache Kafka, REST and GraphQL APIs using C# (ASP.NET Core, .NET Core/.NET Standard), and real-time APIs using websockets and SignalR.
Backoffice Tooling: Develop backoffice tools using ASP.NET, potentially incorporating Blazor where appropriate.
DevOps: Enhance team delivery performance through effective DevOps practices.
Software Lifecycle: Engage in the full software lifecycle, from requirement analysis to design, development, testing, and deployment.
Code Quality: Produce high-quality, tested, and maintainable code using the best technologies for the task at hand.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a team, taking ownership of business problems from conception to delivery.

Required Skills

Advanced knowledge of C# and .NET in both background services and web applications with ASP.NET.
Strong understanding of Agile development techniques, including Unit Testing (TDD).
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

Desirable Skills

Experience with complex distributed real-time systems and domain-driven design.
Familiarity with messaging and communication technologies such as REST, Web API, SignalR, and Apache Kafka.
Knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably AWS and Azure.
Experience with TDD/BDD and supporting technologies like NUnit, Mocking Frameworks, SpecFlow, and Selenium.
Understanding of database and caching technologies such as Redis and PostgreSQL.
Experience with microservices, Blazor, video streaming, DevOps, Docker, and high availability systems.
