What You Will Do

As the Head of Growth at Gnosis, you will be pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies aimed at enhancing user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our blockchain wallet and related services. This role demands a strategic thinker with a profound understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, consumer behavior, and digital marketing techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy Development: Refine and implement an existing holistic growth strategy to increase the adoption and usage of Gnosis products like Metri, Gnosis Pay, and Circles. Develop new global and local growth strategies focusing on product-led growth.
  • User Acquisition: Build and scale growth loops across key Gnosis products, focusing on tactics such as referral programs and paid acquisition. Design and execute tactical user acquisition campaigns across various channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives.
  • User Engagement and Retention: Develop and manage programs to enhance user engagement and retention, ensuring a seamless and satisfying user experience.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement in growth strategies, optimizing for key metrics such as user growth rate, retention rate, and engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Budget Management: Manage the growth budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Who You Are

  • Experience: Prior experience leading growth within startups.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of blockchain technology, self-custodial wallets, and the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
  • Passion for Web3: A genuine interest in web3 technologies, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and the decentralized ecosystem.
