Role Overview

We’re looking for an energetic, creative, and pragmatic Senior Software Engineer to join our growth team located in Lisbon! Revolutionizing an entire industry is exciting, but not easy. Your Tasks

• Work in a growth team consisting of supportive and passionate software engineers (local and remote).
• Design and implement growth initiatives to boost conversion rates, grow the customer base, increase customer satisfaction, and maximize profitability.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and other developers in your team as well as in collaborating teams.
• Participate and contribute in refinement and planning sessions and provide valuable input in team discussions on upcoming initiatives and ideas.
• Contribute to the planned prioritized work of the team.
• Review other team members’ code, providing corrections and feedback in a professional, skill-building way, ensuring the team itself will improve as well as the quality of deliverables.

You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in Node.js, writing and deploying scalable high-quality production code combined with object-oriented software design abilities.
• A passion for working with challenging matters where solutions aren’t always obvious.
• An open, positive, and adaptable mindset in regards to rapid changes and changing priorities.
• Experience with Agile development.
• Personality: smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working, ingenious, and proactive.
