Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Growth Development Manager for one of our portfolio companies. You will help implement the company's vision and drive growth.
Daily Responsibilities
- Focus on market expansion and contribute to various exciting projects.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase company growth in new and existing markets.
- Identify potentials for business expansions, partnerships, and acquisitions.
- Analyze market and industry trends to seize growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to strengthen the company's market position.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and E-Commerce, to implement growth initiatives.
- Achieve revenue and growth targets and regularly report progress to management.
Your Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent training.
- Proven experience in Business Development, ideally with a focus on growth strategies in retail.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex market and competitive data.
- Extensive experience in developing and optimizing lead channels, both in digital media and retail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
- In-depth experience in the retail sector, particularly in developing and implementing POS concepts.
- Fluent in German and English, enabling effective communication and work on an international level.
