Senior Python Developer

Job Description

Your Mission

As a Senior Python Developer, you will work in an agile team responsible for the design, development, and testing of new monitoring features. You will support the connection of new IoT devices, IT hardware, and software services in close cooperation with customers. Additionally, you will help maintain our software.

Your Profile

Backend Developer: You have experience in Python and a good knowledge of Linux.
Open Source Enthusiast: You are a friend of open source software.
Experience: You have at least one year of professional experience in software development.
Education: Ideally, you have a university degree in computer science or comparable training.
Agile Mindset: You have experience with agile development practices such as TDD, CI, Pair Programming, Scrum, and Kanban.
Technology Passion: You are passionate about current technology developments and their applications.
Problem Solver: You have a strong ability to grasp complex tasks and respond with uncomplicated solutions.
Customer Interaction: You enjoy contact with customers and users.
Language Skills: You are business fluent in written and spoken English.
Technical Knowledge: Ideally, you have knowledge and experience with technologies like Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, pytest, Pylint, and JIRA.
