Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, architects, developers, and testers to design, develop, and support systems.
- Negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts among project stakeholders, including customers, product management, and engineering.
- Represent requirements information in graphical forms and use modeling languages established in the development organization.
- Critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details.
- Communicate effectively with customers, marketing, managers, and technical staff.
Required Skills and Experience
- Over 10 years of experience in Systems Engineering and Software Architecture.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, design patterns, architectural styles, and trade-offs.
- Experience with cloud technologies and designing mission-critical systems.
- Strong communication and observational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Railroad Domain.
- Familiarity with CENELEC (EN 50128 / 50129), US IEEE 1483 / 1012, AREMA Section 17, or similar standards.
