Join Our Team as a Senior Software Engineer
Flix is seeking a motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our team, driving the company forward, and directly influencing our success. You will be part of a team that provides services and tools for the company’s CRM platform and 3rd party integrations, ensuring effective, compliant, and error-free communication with our customers.

- Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Serverless Framework
- Data & Analytics: Snowflake Data Cloud, Kafka/Confluent Cloud
- CI/CD & Tools: GitLab CI, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Your Responsibilities
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
- Work in a self-organized and cross-functional team
- Design, plan, and implement services/integrations from scratch
- Maintain and modernize historical services
- Analyze, propose, and drive technology improvements
- Write clean and comprehensive code
- Collaborate with teams across the organization
- Apply automation and follow company best practices
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or relevant industry experience
- 4+ years of experience as a Software or Data Engineer
- Proficient in writing and testing solid Python code
- Familiar with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps practices
- Experience or willingness to learn SQL and distributed data platforms
- Experience with cloud-native engineering (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Not afraid to work with HTML/JavaScript code
- Experience with Braze tool is a plus
- Fluent in English
