Responsibilities
- Take on projects with independence, aiming to improve the existing framework.
- Participate in the planning and execution of key site changes.
- Engage in full stack development, touching everything from front-end to back-end, depending on project needs.
- Ensure high code quality through regular code reviews.
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge through tech talks and design reviews.
Skills & Experience Required
- 2+ years of professional engineering experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Experience with technologies such as Java, React, GraphQL, SQL, Postgres, Linux, Python, Gradle, BERT, Snowflake, Kafka, and AWS.
- Proven ability to handle large quantities of data and conduct data analysis.
- Passion for solving complex business problems, possibly with an entrepreneurial background.
