About the Role
Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for our Internal Tools team. This role is pivotal in creating software solutions that enable our departments to scale efficiently as our business grows. You will be working closely with departmental leads and other key stakeholders to understand and address their current pain points.
Responsibilities
- Enabling business workflows from various departments using appropriate and pragmatic tooling.
- Creating internal apps in Retool that communicate with Grow’s back-end services.
- Optimizing dashboards for performance using observability tooling, adding pagination, decreasing DB query times, and more.
- Evaluating build versus buy and comparing vendors for solutions.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in engineering, preferably on an Internal Tools team or supporting internal customers/stakeholders.
- Full-stack web development experience with a lean towards back-end development.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong communication skills and critical thinking abilities.
